Today's Highlights

todays highlights:

I went on a run/power walk (mostly power walk) with my mom at 6am this morning. Lest you think this is the norm for me, I havent exercised in over two years (thank you scotland weather) or seen any hour before 11am willingly in forever. It's amazing what a giant dose of jetlag will do for you.

Stephen snorkeled for the first time ever. It was the cutest thing when he asked me how to do it.

Shane showed Stephen how to body surf, then they got pummeled by a wave.

I had to pee but refused to walk up to the bathrooms, so I sat on a rock near the ocean and peed. Resourceful. 

Shane and Stephen buried me in the sand and made me a mermaid..with boobs and nipples. It was the nat geo version.

  2. I'm SO jealous of the fact that you're in Maui. that beach looks so gorgeous! my parents took us to Hawaii when I was, like, 6, so obviously I don't remember anything about it...boo.

    also, I love Stephen's sunglasses! that is a handsome face.

  12. Here's something to ponder Megan: at one point,someone else didn't want to walk to the bathrooms either, so they peed in the sand. Then, later, you came along and were buried in that sand. How delightful. :) but to be in Hawaii! I'd sleep in pee sand if it meant I got to go to Hawaii!

    which might not have been the most diplomatic thing to say.

    Jon is possibly now trying to prove to me that he can grow a real beard.

  26. you dont even know how many times i've refused a bathroom and went for a rock, a hole, a self-dug hole, a tree, bushes, anything nature has at her disposal for me (; and yay! so glad you aare having fun!!!! when justin and i went for our honeymoon, he put on his snorkel gear (did you rent from boss frogs? it's 9 bucks for the week!) and jumped in the water for all of three seconds before he comes standing up, hulk style, exclaiming: "BABEEEEEEE!!! there's FISH in here!"

    yup.

    and he's FROM america.. so....
