HAPPY HOLIDAYS! Our Family Video


Christmas card shmishmus card...
here is our family christmas video.

Since I was home this year,
and my brother and I were overdue for another music video,
we decided it would be a good idea to record and create a christmas music video...
in honor of the holidays and all that.

We spent two days recording our vocals..
I should preface by saying I cannot sing.
(this will be made clear to you in a moment)
Shane can actually sing really well.
However,
because of my inability to sing on key,
Shane was forced to re-record in a vocal range similar to mine...

sorry.


A special thanks to my mom for really bringing her A game,
 to Stephen for playing along with my insane family,
and to my mom's best friend,
who was working at my mom's house the day we were filming,
and got sucked in.

    mom's face during chilling.
    stephen as giant behind tree.
    shane's singing throughout.
    shane's swanky leaning on fireplace.

    I laughed out loud so many times- the singing, the dancing, your mom and Stephen popping in from the sides, the lady with the shovel....but my favorite might just be the tapdancing.

I'm a super longtime reader, but never commented, but I was on my 5th time rewatching this video, and figured I should pause it (right between the slow mo of your mom's friend side stepping like big foot) to comment on how amazingly hilarious and wonderful it all is. Your brother deserves an award because I spit my drink all over my computer like twice. He doesn't even crack a smile, it is some kind of epic. You guys are amazing, your mom's facial expressions and Stephen being the height of the Christmas tree, I die. I will most definitely be showing this to everyone I know, because I'm still cracking up and trying to form sentences.
