Pizza Hut

dont worry. i had pizza too.

top: Zara  Pants: H&M  Purse: Zara  Sunglasses: TopShop

These were taken the other day on an outing to the famous Pizza Hut.

Yes, they have Pizza Hut here in Scotland,
and in England too..
probably throughout the UK really.

Thank the good Lord.

Other healthy American hot spots?

Burger King
McDonalds
KFC
(minus biscuits, mashed potatos and mac n cheese..A CRIME..so naturally I don't eat there)
Dominos

that's it I think..
and if I'm remembering correctly
(its been awhile)
it all tastes pretty much the same as any of the US ones.

See those pics above of me wearing my new awesome white pants?
This was the second time I had worn them..
and boom.
lady time come early.
maybe that's why my cheeks look so bloated in the first picture.

It's okay though,
the pants came out unscathed.
Just in time though..
just.in.time.

Also, new items up in the shop!!
(there just wasn't a good segway, sorry)

  3. Ohhhh, so when it's that time of the month your cheeks look perfectly normal and rosy? I see, I see.

I want white pants for when it's lady time. True story.

You look grand in all of the above photos and I hate to be the bearer of bad news but Australian KFC also lacks "biscuits" (I don't even understand what this refers to) and mac and cheese. Life is pretty tough.

  4. Phew, glad the pants made it. Sounds like it was a close one ;)

Love the mint sweater - and SO jealous that you guys have pizza hut and burger king - we don't have either. :/

  5. pizza hut sounds so good right about now (it's breakfast time here).
I've never owned a pair of white pants for that reason, "the Lady" coming early. Good thing your pants made it out okay lol. Oh, and your cheeks look just fine!

  6. hahaha that is why I dont' own white pants, that is my biggest fear! but maybe I'll risk it? they look really good with your mint sweater :)
and you look beautiful in the first photo!

  7. hahah! whoo glad the pants made it out unscathed!

whenever i travel i am dyinggg to go to american restaurants (picky eater i confess!) but the food -- at least in central america -- never tastes the same! i had to bring my own bottle of ketchup with me to costa rica the second time i went because they have SALTLESS ketchup! what's the point??

  8. Hmmmm just thinking of what was down the street from my house in London...Pizza Hut, Subway, KFC (complete with biscuits and mashed potatoes, what madness is happening in Scotland??), McDonalds. But I quickly realized McDon's McMuffins were SMALLER than in the US. BULLSHIT. Stupid Europe and their regular sized portions.
I want my American portion. And by that I mean enough to feed 3 people.

  9. That is LITERALLY my biggest fear. lady time in white pants/white anything. especially because my lady time comes like a freakin ninja.

also- Greg has this weird story where a girl he was on a date with bled onto the steps they were sitting on, and he's obviously traumatized. so...our combined fears make this pretty pathological.

all that said, so glad the white pants escaped unscathed. I hope your psyche is similarly safe.

  10. So jealous of your fast food options.

We don't have one.single.restaurant from home. In fact, our 'fast' food is African street meat that may or may not kill you.

  11. Ahh! Well, the only thing worth getting at KFC is the mac & cheese and the biscuits! Say what! Ha. You need a popeyes. Their biscuits MELT in your mouth. Then again, I am jealous you lived in Cali.. I want to try an In & Out burger SO bad. LOL! And lady time is in for me too! I hate Eve! Stupid chick.. greedy as heck!

  12. I'm in Louisville, Kentucky and everything here is basically sponsored by KFC. They are everywhere! Sorry I can't send you some biscuits and mac n' cheese (which is seriously THE BEST).

At least you got your pizza!

  13. I love my white pants, I fear the lady time like none else.
Story: When I was in the Highlands I met a couple from the US who just came from visiting Ireland. They offered to take me around Scotland so I hopped in the car with them and drove around. Our first stop? Pizza Hut. They hated the UK food so much that it was all they could talk about because that's where they ate everyday in Ireland.. And you know what? It was dang good. Except the salad bar- that was pretty meager.

  14. You're so pretty!! They don't have mac & cheese at their KFC?? That IS a crime!

  15. Cute outfit! Yeah you may have had to dye those bad boys if the timing was any worse. Still, no In-n-Out is a shame.

  16. I am disappointed that they are the only american chains we have I thought we had more.

    ReplyDelete
  17. whew!
I am so happy they have that there.. haha that is just incase I go there and go crazy for something I am familiar with hehe

    ReplyDelete
  18. That's kind of weird to me that they have all those chains over there. I don't like even eating at McDonalds in Maine (lobster rolls, hello?). That's good that you can get your American food fix, though. Going to check out the shop right now!

  20. That's a serious fear of mine. It's like Murphy's Law (I think? They confuse me haha)...if it can happen to me, it will.

Also, I don't know what I would do without a nearby Pizza Hut. It's definitely a must for future living spaces. Glad you have one!

  21. Way to catch it in time. Darn that lady time wanting to ruin the best of pants!

  22. Oh no! Hate when that happens!

So good that you have those American restaurants that taste like home! I wish there was a "fast-food" Brazilian restaurant here!!!

    ReplyDelete
  23. I bought white pants last summer and have only worn them a handful of times out of that fear. Plus, I tend to spill things on myself or get things spilled on me when I wear white.

    ReplyDelete
  24. Hmmm love pizza hut! It reminds me of the good old days when I was a kid and the whole family would eat there after my brothers little league games. Good times!

  25. Gull. You are so real, it happens to everyone.

  27. haha i like that you felt the need to put in that you did, in fact, eat pizza too. i was apalled when you put the pic on instagram and i was all "what the what? pizza hut and no pizza?! blasphemy!"

    ReplyDelete
  28. You're too funny. I refuse to eat at American chain restaurants in the UK because I think they taste horrible! And besides there's much better British fast food like cornish pasties!!! LOL.

    ReplyDelete
  29. Getting lady time in white pants is horrifying....but what if instead you had dropped pizza on the white pants? Think of all that sauce/cheese gone to waste...

    ReplyDelete
  30. No wonder those Brits have such a high opinion of us!

    ReplyDelete
  31. you are too sexy darling... and mint is definitely your color!

    ReplyDelete
  32. that's my opinion about european KFCs too!! no biscuits, no business.

    ReplyDelete
  33. seriously... the kfc chicken with fries is totally sucky enough to make me be able to say i've never eaten there.

not that i didn't want to... i just didn't want to waste my time without the stuff that makes it enjoyable to eat that unhealthy of food.

  34. You just made me remember the day when lady time came early on my jeans...in the middle of the school day. And it was totally visible.

    ReplyDelete
  35. White pants always scare me cause of that reason and just the fact that they can get dirty so easily....glad you made it "just in time"!!! Love me a little Pizza Hut now and then!

    ReplyDelete
  36. Only you would look pretty at Pizza Hut. I mean, geez. Wear the hell out of those white pants for me, I want some new white skinnies but I can't exactly fit into anything with a waistband right now. #pregnantpeopleproblems

  37. When I lived in Costa Rica I would KILL For Pizza Hut on the opposite side of the city I lived in. It was SO good...compared to the rice and beans I had to eat daily. lol

    ReplyDelete
  38. I love your blog and your little stories! Ladytime is so rude like that sometimes.

  41. lady time sucks.
thank god the pants were saved.
you are super skinny, how do you stay so thin after THE HUT?!

    ReplyDelete
  42. Oh no for lady time coinciding with the white pants! :O
I guess that sort of thing is Murphy's Law. If you'd worn any other pair...it would not have arrived then. :O

    ReplyDelete
  43. i bought white jeans two months ago and i'm so nervous to wear them because i just know i will start my period when i'm wearing them
