Plans

You know that saying “God laughs when you make plans?”
or is it “you make plans and God laughs?”
i dunno,
basically god is always laughing at us.
(in a haha you're so silly, but i love you so much way..of course..)

I had all of these plans for last week..
Stephen had holiday time,
we were going to frolic in the woods together,
eat chocolate covered strawberries whilst floating on a cloud
while we sipped champagne from diamond flutes saying “i love your perfect little face butterbean, lets take a picture for the blog”.
You know,
the usual.

But unfortunately that did not happen..
mainly because there arnt any woods near by..

but also because life sometimes throws unexpected curvballs.
And you have to roll with the punches.
or get punched in the face.
That's what I always say.



Even though the week wasn't exactly what we had planned.
Our weekend plans have gone unscathed..
and we are celebrating Stephens Birthday at Cameron House..
aka the most magical place on earth.
I get to go swimming in a pool.

    I totally know what you mean about plans... God changed our lives up recently and I'm having a hard time with it. But I know these things happen to make us stronger....

  11. I always say "It's not my plan, so I can't screw it up!" Makes things seem so much easier when something goes wrong! Things are happening for a reason, and God has so much more in store for us then we could ever imagine! Enjoy vaca!

  17. Ahhhh these pictures are amazing. You and Stephen are beautiful people. Are you two REAL!? ;) I'm sorry to hear about your curveball...the good news...you're awesome and will get through it. Also, because I know so and I love you and I swear I leave you the weirdest comments ever. I'm coming to see you next summer (Summer 2013) ... you know, if you're still there? Because DDHP and I will be hitting up Europe like crazy and you my dear are on the list of MUST DO's. Take that how you'd like ;) ahahah jk.   20. Oh I am so happy you had a great getaway! It looks so beautiful! I want to go there! At church there's a guy from scotland and I always think "maybe if I dated him we could move to scotland and be Megan and Stephen's neighbors!" (Because scotland and ireland are neighbors) hahaha! Because I'm awesome like that...
