Right across the street from my new flat is a New York American style diner.
Fully equipped with a NYPD car,Yellow cab, and pancakes with maple syrup.
This is dangerous for multiple reasons.
The main reason being that someone ends up crying when looking at the American flag.
Hint: that someone is not Irish...
I just realized I am wearing sunglasses, a coat, sweater, scarf, and rain boots.
Nothing about that makes sense.
But let me tell you something,
Hunter rain boots combined with Hunter fleece rain boot socks, is the best thing to happen to me since I had my first cheeto when I was 4 years old.
I am forever changed.

I am DYING to get some of those boots! So cute! I'm holding out for the red shiny ones when I can find them :)
ReplyDeleteI love the bread bin!
ReplyDeleteI was confused for a minute when I saw the NYPD car and the American flag! I was like "Wait, which country's she in again...?"
i cry when i see anything american too. a bar recently had a "sushi" night...it was bad but i ate it. you gotta do what you gotta do.
ReplyDeleteLOVE the wellies. and your cute legs.
you and your irish beau make a VERY good looking couple!
ReplyDeleteI think the boots look extra good on vert thin legs in leggings:) Love that an American diner has opened.....bet like Ralph Laurens restaurant serving the most basic American fare, it will be big hit.
ReplyDeleteYou two make a great looking pair..and I enjoyed your pictures...have a great day.
PS I live in the U.S. and still get choked up when the anthem is sung, or any real ode to being American is displayed, thats pure pride right there!
