  19. Yay! I love this giveaway! And that's a great idea - using the winnings as Xmas gifts. Great way to save money, but give something unique and adorable at the same time.

    If I won, I think I'd use it for the crystal teapot necklace, the vintage polaroid necklace, the honeycomb earrings and the darling daisy hair pins. So cute!

  20. oh my god that's such a perfect timing! i had bookmarked the shop & was drooling over a couple of items..okay,so i'd spend my $40.00 on the tan leather camera necklace($23) , the peach chrysanthemum stud earrings($9) & the petite teal rose earrings($8). few, took awhile to get the perfect $ sum! good luck to everyone :)

  22. Oh my gawd. I fell in love with this etsy shop when you blogged about it last time. I was SO close to buying something. OBVIOUSLY I'm going to buy something now because you've given me the best excuse to do so. I'll send you the receipt when I'm finished. :)

    side note: i technically didn't even have to go to barberry and lace to be able to make that choice. i mean, i did. i went. but i could've been lying and just picked it off your blog. just so you know...there's a big gaping hole in your masterful giveaway plan.

    side note #2: i perused all 14 pages of B&L merchandise, and discovered they don't have a single trinket that represents my profession. they have cameras for the photogs, needles for the seamstresses, anchors for the sailors, but not so much as a measly stethoscope for us here doctors. i'd even take a thermometer or a foley catheter or something. or even an EEG cap! so sad.

    1. purchase the rainy day necklace as a reminder that good things happen on rainy days!
    2. purchase the lucky horseshoe necklace for my sister who just had her heart broken
    3. the passport to pair necklace for my other sister because she loves france as much as I do
    4. the i heart owls necklace for a friend who lost a sister-in-law to breast cancer a year ago. the owl is her symbol for years of fundraising!
    I can see why you love this site! Thank you for introducing it! The jewelery is beautiful and I absolutely be using this site for future gift purchases..there is a little something that speaks to me about all the people in my life!
