A Taste of California

hi am 12 years old and eat 4 packets of gushers in 2 minutes flat. strawberry is my favorite.

combo drive through fast food was america's glory moment. I personally like the Taco bell/Pizza Hutt combo.




the mysterious soft drink known as rootbeer...get on it Europe.

this is a tuna melt. you cant tell because the tuna is being smothered by the cheese. just how i like it.


uhm...that would be ranch dressing..not soup.

only in America can you order a side of ranch dressing
and get two bowls full of it.
Like, soup sized bowls.
Clearly that is too much ranch for my 30-100 french fries..
I mean, I like to bathe and roll around in ranch as much as the next American..
but not in public.
c'mon people.

  2. Haha i refuse to grow up.
    I’m more of a gummy bear/fruit snacks girl. and rootbeer. Its one of Gods greatest creations. And I am also very certain that God loves me a whoole lot because he created DIET rootbeer.
    And ranch. Ranch is a necessary. Have you ever dipped your PASTA into it? delissh!

  3. I can tell you from my experience as a server at a wings place... people really use that much ranch for tiny amounts of food. It's disturbing.

    I want to hate you for eating like that and looking like you do, but I can't.

  4. In Colorado, we have KenTacoHut (KFC, Taco Bell, AND Pizza Hut.) Ridiculous or amazing? I'm not sure yet.

  5. I have a pretty bad obsession with gushers. Whenever my boyfriend and I purchase a box, they're usually gone within 10 mins or so haha. My fav are the blue ones. :)

  7. OMG gushers! hahaha! i forgot those existed. i have tried explaining root beer to the italians. they just don't want to get it. then they try it and love it. bah. why don't we open up a burger joint in our respective countries? we'd be famous.

    Don't try to explain it...haha, I tried to explain it to a friend of mine and all she gave me was an irritated look and then I think she got mad at me. Not sure why though. But I know I tried to explain what root beer was. Hmmmm.... :((( Just sad!!!

  11. whilst on a vacation to the beach a month ago, i got a random hankering for gushers. i stopped at the classiest wal-mart possible and picked up a box. by the time we got to the next exit, said box was gone. they are magically delicious.

  14. Your love for wine makes me think we can be great friends, and your love for cheetos reminds me that I could eat the BIG entire pack in a day during college exams, I'd only take breaks to lick my fingers! So 4 packs of Gushers almost sounds healthy!!

    Bathing in ranch is totally acceptable. I've been known to smother my spaghetti, lasagna, pizza, and almost any other food group with ranch. De-LICIOUS!

    this post made my tummy growl for some ranch, gushers(didn't know they were still around), and that big sandwich. these little baby sandwiches over here just aren't cutting it all the time.

  24. Root beer NEEDS to come to the UK! I remember it being sold in McDonalds about twenty years ago (really? I'm THAT old?) but it disappeared only to be found on trips to the US. Sigh.

    blue bottle coffee is probably the best coffee you will ever have in your entire life. it's in san francisco freshly brewed as soon as you order and completely organic words just can't describe its greatness! :) if you ever visit the city its a definite must! <3 <3

  49. SO funny, I just commented on my blog about my love for McDonalds. I enjoy good high quality food as much as the next guy but i have a serious love for junk food. I was never a huge fan of gushers as much as fruit roll ups. Superb!

  52. yay! I read this post AFTER writing my comment on your most recent post about you modeling for CARLS JR. And after i sent it I thought. "well CheChe..." i said to myself "You could be assuming that just because MEGAN loves every fast food joint known to all americans means that she likes Carls. She may in fact despise Carls Jr.".... But then I saw this post and sighed relief.

    you can still model for Carls Jr. in my world.
